In February 2022, AtHome started a Northbound hike of the Appalachian Trail. His partner Spice joined him at Mount Katahdin for a hike of the International Appalachian Trail up to Cap Gaspé. She then did her own Southbound hike of the Appalachian Trail, and together they completed the Eastern Continental Trail in March of 2023 at Key West. In this talk both AtHome and Spice discuss their experience tackling the ECT alone as well as together.
