This talk means so much to me, as I got to meet the ECT thru-hiker who inspired me to do the trail myself. Lil' Buddha discussed his different adventures on the Eastern Continental Trail, including his first thru-hike in 2010, his unconventional take on the ECT in 2019, and his most recent thru-hike, just finished. It will be interesting to follow along as he continues his adventures on the Pangea Traverse, his own creation.
