| Sammertime had already finished the Mountains-to-Sea Trail and was completing the Florida Trail when he ran into Jupiter during his ECT thru-hike. From that moment forward, the Eastern Continental Trail was always floating around in his mind, and he began to make plans to take it on himself. From June 2018 to March 2019, Sammertime completed a Southbound thru-hike of the ECT, and became one of the few to accomplish such a feat. In this talk, Sammertime discusses all the little things that happen in such an adventure, and what the experience means to him today. |
